My name is Joseph “Joe” Hale, and I am an intern at Compassion Counseling Center. I am currently pursuing a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Colorado Christian University. I earned my bachelor’s degree in philosophy from East Carolina University.

Before venturing into counseling, I explored various fields, gaining experience in accounting, legal, and medical settings, and most recently, as a golf course assistant superintendent.

I believe in working collaboratively with clients to address their needs as they arise during sessions. With compassion, I aim to provide clients with the space and tools they need for insight, healing, and enduring change.

I enjoy working with clients of all ages and believe in taking a holistic approach. I apply various methodologies, including person-centered therapy, existential therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. It would be my privilege to support you in your journey.
